All items are handmade and custom-made to order.

Our standard turnaround time is 7–21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).


Sale items may take longer than 21 business days to process due to increased order volume.


Processing time does not include shipping time.

We currently ship within the United States only.


Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times vary by carrier and are estimates only.



Order Tracking



Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.



Delays



Because our items are handmade, delays may occur, especially during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.



Incorrect Address



Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.



Lost or Damaged Packages



We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Please contact us within [X days] of delivery if an issue occurs so we can assist where possible.
